Beginner: No experience necessary — we’ll teach you everything!
Beginner Plus: You have taken a 101 class or equivalent. You are familiar with threading your machine or know basic knit or crochet stitches.
Intermediate: You’ve got a few projects under your belt. You’ve made a few things and are looking to increase your knowledge.
Advanced: You know quite a bit about your chosen craft and you’re ready to take it to the next level.

This class is multiple sessions, please ensure you can attend both portions.
Learn the traditional art of spinning yarn using a spinning wheel. This beginner wheel class will teach you how to draft and spin yarn using the spinning wheel. See how awesome wheels are before investing your money on one, or bring one of your own.
Class includes 2 oz wool roving.
The first class covers the basics of spinning your threads.
A second class two weeks later covers plying, different spinning techniques, and fiber preparation.
It’s recommended that students have taken our drop spindle class or have some experience with hand spinning.
