Beginner: No experience necessary — we’ll teach you everything!
Beginner Plus: You have taken a 101 class or equivalent. You are familiar with threading your machine or know basic knit or crochet stitches.
Intermediate: You’ve got a few projects under your belt. You’ve made a few things and are looking to increase your knowledge.
Advanced: You know quite a bit about your chosen craft and you’re ready to take it to the next level.
Class meets: 11/18/18, 11am - 6pm Class breaks from 1pm - 2pm for lunch
The Hudson Pant is an easy to sew and on trend pair of skinny sweats. This pattern is a great way to gain confidence sewing with knit fabrics and increase your sewing skills. We will cover taking your own measurements, sewing with knit fabrics, using a serger, and much more. By the end of class, you will not only have a trendy pair of sweat pants that you are sure to wear all of the time, but you will also have the skills and confidence to sew more knit garments for yourself in the future.
Kelli Ward is the owner and designer of True Bias sewing patterns and the author of her blog. She grew up in Alabama, but is lucky enough to currently call Denver home where she lives with her husband and two children.
Class requires pattern and listed fabric and supplies for your size. Please come to class with pattern traced and fabric washed, dried and pressed.
