Take your piecing skills to the next level by practicing curved piecing in our Concentric Block class. Originally designed for Making No. 3 / DOTS by our very own Amber Corcoran, this design was inspired by shibori techniques. Each circle is freehand cut without the use of a template, resulting in a softer pattern, beautiful in its slight imperfection.
In this 4 hour class, Julie will teach you how to piece the concentric block. Take the finished block home and finish into a decorative table mat. Alternatively, you can stitch it into a throw pillow, or incorporate multiple blocks together into a quilt. Class fee includes the pattern.
Supplies required: 1 1/2 yd background fabric 1/2 yd circle fabric To complete the table mat at home, you will need 5/8 yd Insul-bright or a 21" x 21" piece of batting Get 15% off at Fancy Tiger Crafts
