For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 1 point! Once you’ve earned 250 points (which means you’ve spent $250), you’ll get 25% off your next purchase! Points/discount do not expire.
*We are pleased to offer this rewards program both in store and on our website, but please note that each will operate independent of each other!*
In-Store Rewards Program
For in-store shoppers, just ask our sales staff to get you signed up in our in-store POS system!
- Our in store POS system will keep track of your points, once you’ve hit 250 points our staff will be notified that the customer has earned a reward. You will be able to redeem your 25% discount then or opt to redeem at the time of another in-store purchase.
- On every receipt (printed or emailed), it will show your points balance. Our system will keep track of your points earned so you won’t lose your discount if you opt for no receipt or misplace it.
Webstore Rewards Program
For our online shoppers, click on the Tiger icon at the bottom left of our website & follow the prompts to sign up for a loyalty program account!
- After you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to click into that icon to view your points balance. This is also where you'll be able to redeem your 25% discount code under the “ways to redeem” tab.
- PLEASE NOTE: you will need to manually redeem your points by clicking “redeem” next to the coupon and then clicking “apply code.” The discount will NOT be automatically applied at checkout unless you click the “apply now” button. This gives you the flexibility to choose when you’d like to redeem your discount!
- Once you’ve earned 250 points & redeemed them, the system will keep accumulating and add to any points you haven't spent.

Unfortunately, our POS system does not allow us to combine in-store and online points together. However, you can still earn points on your in-store rewards account and webstore rewards account concurrently.
Where you pay for your purchase will dictate where your points will be added!
For example:
- If you make a payment through our webstore, whether you select in-store pick up or shipping, points will be added to your online rewards account
- If you make a payment in-store, then points will be added to your in-store rewards account.
Pop into our brick and mortar store to sign up for our in-store rewards program and/or head to our website to sign up for our rewards program and start earning points now!
Oh! And don’t forget to make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter so you don’t miss out on how you can earn extra points and get early access to new products in the future ; )
Please note: Even if you’re a current customer and have an existing account with us, you MUST opt in to this rewards program both in-store AND online. Point accrual will start once you’ve opted in and any purchase made prior to that will not count for points.
Rewards program discount is not stackable with other discounts/promotions. All web orders over $150 receive free shipping, this is the ONLY promotion that the rewards program discount can be combined with.
*Large items such as sewing machines, looms, etc. do not qualify for free shipping promotion.
