A simple one size just-about-zero-waste shirt with a square neckline and side splits. Part machine and part hand-stitched. And as a bonus it is almost zero waste! What little is left can easily be used as a pocket, or saved for mending your favorite garment. Basic machine and hand stitching skills needed.

Linen, linen blends, cotton or linen double gauze. Ideally you want a woven fabric with a bit a drape, especially as the shoulders drop down to form the sleeve caps.
