Level

This is a general guideline, check individual class page for more details.

Beginner: No experience necessary — we’ll teach you everything!

Beginner Plus:   You have taken a 101 class or equivalent. You are familiar with threading your machine or know basic knit or crochet stitches.

Intermediate: You’ve got a few projects under your belt. You’ve made a few things and are looking to increase your knowledge.

Advanced: You know quite a bit about your chosen craft and you’re ready to take it to the next level.

Minikitti will keep you, or your favorite kitten, company for years and years. Knit with fuzzy angora yarn for a soft furry halo or, even better, handspin your own cat’s hair for a beloved kitty heirloom. Our sample was knit with a handspun fingering weight cat hair yarn, with fiber generously donated by Egon the cat. Fill Minikitti with a bit of catnip for an extra-special gift to your cat! Yarn Requirements: 100 yds fingering weight yarn (sample in handspun cat hair). Needles & Such: Size US 0 (2.0mm) DPN's. Gauge: 10 stitches and 12 rows = 1 inch in Stockinette
