Atlantica KAL Wrap-Up

Our most ambitious sweater KAL yet has just wrapped up. We thoroughly enjoyed knitting along with folks from near and far. Together we stitched up Atlantica by Audrey Borrego. Released in Pom Pom Quarterly: 34, the pullover features lace, cables, and bobbles, for maximum display of our knitting prowess!

This was our first ever all virtual knitalong and it was so fun to connect with knitters once a month over zoom. We tried out a new community platform with this kal, Discord, and we've been messaging away as we knit our sweaters. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and shared this epic sweater journey with us. We have a few prizes to announce for our KAL participants!

Prize for Best Finished Sweater Photo goes to @luna__nunez, for this lovely photo of her first sweater! Can you believe this beautiful blue Atlantica is the first sweater she's ever knit AND she was one of the first KALers to complete her sweater!? We are so impressed!

Prize for Best In-Progress Photo goes to @melanie.madeit. The almond-y color palette of all her sweet projects is making us hungry!

Each winner receives 5 skeins of Lopi Einband, generously donated by Berrocco, stitch markers from Firefly Notes, and a $50 gift card to your favorite craft store, Fancy Tiger Crafts.
